Returns (30-day Money Back Guarantee)
We have a hassle-free 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return if you purchased an item from cherubbaby.co.uk.
To be eligible for a return:
The customer is responsible for the return postage. If the item is found to be faulty Cherub Baby may refund the return postage within the UK. Cherub Baby UK will not be held responsible for any returned item/s which are damaged in transit or lost and will be unable to issue a refund.
To start a return, please complete our Returns Form. Once completed, and your items have been received and condition checked, our Customer Service team will get back to you with the next steps.
If the item was purchased as part of a bundle kit, then the item value will be calculated as a percentage of the bundle kit purchase price.
Fault/Damage
Occasionally, a defective item may inadvertently pass through our inspection process and reach you. Damage may also occur in transit to you.
We ask when you receive your order to please inspect all items. In the event a fault or damage is located, please complete our Returns Form.
Once our team have evaluated the information provided, our goal is to make things right through replacing the affected item.
Depending on the product, we may also ask for the faulty or damaged product to be returned to us.
Cherub Baby UK will reimburse you for any standard return postage (excluding express or priority postage).

For a warranty claim that occurs after the 30-day money back guarantee period, that's within the warranty period, a replacement (new or refurbished) will be offered at the discretion of Cherub Baby UK.
A fault must be confirmed by Cherub Baby before any further action is taken. In the event no fault could be found, the item will be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense.
To start a warranty claim, please complete our Returns Form. Once received, our Customer Service team will review the information provide & get back to you within ONE business the next steps.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, ensuring the above Return conditions are followed, then once received, and accepted make a separate purchase for the new item.
Changes/Cancellations
If you need to make a change to your order, you will need to contact us urgently via emailing us at mail@cherubbaby.co.uk, including your order number and very clear details on the changes you require. Alternatively, if operators are available through Live Chat, this might be a better contact method.
Due to our extremely fast order processing timeframe, we’re unable to guarantee that we’ll be able action all change request, though we’ll do our best.
If you need to cancel your order, and this can be actioned in time on our end, please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to clear your bank account.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we’re unable to accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
